Terms of Use
Website Terms of Use
AdmansPraxis Limited
Last updated: 18 August 2026
1. About these terms
These terms govern your use of the AdmansPraxis website, including its perspectives, general commentary, downloadable material, enquiry and meeting-booking facilities and other publicly available content (the Website).
By using the Website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, you should not use it.
These are website terms only. They do not govern a paid consultancy engagement, create an adviser–client relationship or appoint AdmansPraxis to any investment committee or other role. Consultancy work is governed by a separate written proposal, engagement letter or services agreement. If there is a conflict, that written agreement takes priority for the relevant engagement.
2. Who we are
The Website is operated by AdmansPraxis Limited, a company incorporated in England and Wales.
Company number: 16707331
Registered office: 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ
Website: www.admanspraxis.co.uk
Contact email: sheridan@admanspraxis.co.uk
AdmansPraxis provides independent investment consultancy, including investment-committee and board support, fund selection and due diligence, portfolio and proposition challenge, manager oversight, governance support and investment communications.
AdmansPraxis is not authorised or regulated by the Financial Conduct Authority. It does not provide personal financial advice, discretionary investment management, dealing or arranging services.
3. Intended audience
The Website is intended principally for professional investment teams, advisers, discretionary fund managers, MPS teams, platforms, banks, wealth firms, family offices, charities, trustees, investment committees and boards.
It is not intended to provide personal investment advice to retail investors. Retail investors should not rely on Website content when making investment decisions and should consult an appropriately authorised financial adviser where advice is required.
4. Website content
Website content is provided for general professional information and to explain AdmansPraxis’s consultancy capabilities. It is not tailored to any particular person, client, portfolio, mandate, beneficiary or investment objective.
Nothing on the Website creates a duty to advise, monitor, update or warn. No consultancy or other professional relationship arises merely because you visit the Website, submit an enquiry or attend an introductory meeting.
Use of Website content is also subject to our Risk and Regulatory Disclaimer, which forms part of these terms.
5. Permitted use
You may view and print reasonable extracts from the Website for your own lawful, internal professional use. You may share a link to a publicly available page, provided you do so accurately and do not imply endorsement, partnership or approval by AdmansPraxis.
Unless we give prior written permission, you must not:
-
reproduce, republish, distribute, sell, license or commercially exploit Website content;
-
remove or alter attribution, copyright, trade-mark or other proprietary notices;
-
present AdmansPraxis content as your own or as advice or approval given to a retail client;
-
scrape, harvest, systematically download or extract content or data;
-
use Website content to create, train, fine-tune, test or enhance an artificial-intelligence model, dataset, research product or competing service;
-
frame or mirror a material part of the Website on another service;
-
use the Website unlawfully, fraudulently or in a way that infringes another person’s rights; or
-
attempt to disrupt, damage, probe or gain unauthorised access to the Website or related systems.
6. Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and its content—including text, research frameworks, graphics, images, branding, layout and design—are owned by or licensed to AdmansPraxis Limited and are protected by intellectual-property laws.
These terms give you a limited right to use the Website as described above. They do not transfer ownership or grant any wider licence.
“AdmansPraxis”, its logo and associated branding may not be used without prior written permission. Third-party names and marks remain the property of their respective owners.
7. Enquiries, meetings and communications
You must provide accurate and non-misleading information when submitting an enquiry or booking a meeting. A booking is a request only and may be declined, rearranged or cancelled.
An introductory call or meeting is intended to explore potential professional requirements. It does not constitute personal financial advice, a personal recommendation, investment management or an instruction to act, and it does not create a consultancy engagement unless and until appropriate written terms are agreed.
Do not submit confidential, market-sensitive, personal-client or special-category information through a general Website form. If material is needed to assess an engagement, we will agree an appropriate method for providing it.
8. Availability and changes
We may change, suspend or withdraw any part of the Website without notice. We do not guarantee that it will always be available, uninterrupted, secure or free from errors or harmful code. You are responsible for using appropriate device, network and security protections.
Website material may become outdated, and we are not obliged to update it unless we expressly agree otherwise in writing.
9. Third-party websites and Infundly
The Website may link to third-party websites and to Infundly Limited, a separate legal entity providing professional fund research, ratings and research tools. Access to Infundly content and services is governed by Infundly Limited’s own terms, privacy notice and disclaimers.
Other external links are provided for convenience or context. AdmansPraxis does not control third-party services and is not responsible for their content, accuracy, availability, security or privacy practices. A link does not necessarily imply endorsement or a business association.
10. Privacy and cookies
Our Privacy Notice explains how AdmansPraxis Limited handles personal information. Our Cookie Policy explains our use of cookies and similar technologies. Those notices form part of the information governing your use of the Website.
11. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Subject to that qualification, and to the fullest extent permitted by law:
-
the Website is provided without warranties as to accuracy, completeness, availability or fitness for a particular purpose;
-
AdmansPraxis is not responsible for investment, governance, portfolio or other decisions made in reliance on general Website content; and
-
AdmansPraxis is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, revenue, business, opportunity, anticipated savings, goodwill or data arising from use of, inability to use or reliance on the Website.
Liability connected with a contracted consultancy engagement is governed by the relevant written agreement rather than this section.
12. Breach of these terms
If you breach these terms, we may restrict or block your access, require you to stop using or remove our content, and take other action reasonably necessary to protect our rights, systems or users.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The revised version will be published on the Website with its effective date. Changes apply to use after publication and do not retrospectively alter a signed consultancy agreement.
14. General terms
If any provision is held to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in effect. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver of that right.
No person other than you and AdmansPraxis Limited has a right under the Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act 1999 to enforce these terms.
These terms and any non-contractual dispute arising from Website use are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, except where applicable law requires otherwise.
